Key Responsibilities:

• Solve technical problems with a medium or high degree of difficulty, appearing in the DIGI network;
• Contact, if necessary, the clients who have filed complaints, to obtain additional information or to confirm the resolution of the technical problem;
• Configure CISCO equipment and LINUX systems, etc.;
• Ensure good functioning of the metropolitan network;
• Escalate problems that do not belong to the competence of the technical department.

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

• Advanced networking knowledge;
• Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge about the operation of TCP/IP protocols;
• Advanced knowledge about networks (local, MAN, WAN);
• Knowledge of advanced equipment configuration from the RCS&RDS network;
• Knowledge of the installation, administration and operation of Linux operating systems;
• Knowledge of using an office suite (MS Office, OpenOffice, etc.).
