As a Procurement Assistant, you will be responsible for efficient procurement of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the purchasing process of various materials within the organization, including managing stock and items
• preparing quotation requests and orders, as well as carefully entering them into the purchasing system.
• You ensure that the article database is managed efficiently, so that the necessary product information is available at all times
• Collaboration with the warehouse department to optimize logistics processes
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors
• Being closely involved in the purchasing strategy

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

• You preferably have a bachelor's degree, mainly in an economics field
• Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo
• You are very skilled in communicating, both orally and in writing, in Dutch and English at a professional level
• You are proactive and have excellent planning skills. Moreover, you are adept at dealing with numbers
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication and negotiation skills

As a Procurement Assistant at DIGI Belgium, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the acquisition of goods and services necessary for our 5G infrastructure projects.
