As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for efficient procurement of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery
• Identify and analyze potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans
• Monitor and track procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order placement
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information
• Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to procurement and ensure compliance

• Fluent in English, plus Dutch and/or French

As a Procurement Officer at DIGI Belgium, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the acquisition of goods and services necessary for our 5G infrastructure projects.
