Welcome to Citymesh Private Network Solutions! As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role when it comes to the development, roll-out and implementation of mobile private network projects. You will be the indispensable administrative and organisational lead for the development and installation of the networks and 4G, 5G infrastructures.

Here's What You'll Dive Into

• Project Planning: The development and execution of detailed project plans from preparation to delivery following established structures within the PMBOK methodology.
• Coordinating: Discussing and coordinating project objectives with different internal and external stakeholders to (re)define requirements, deliverables, schedules and resources.
• Cross-Funtional Collaboration & Communication: Assembling internal cross-functional project teams, and ensuring smooth communication with different stakeholders such as customers and suppliers.
• Monitoring: Managing the project progress, scope, risks and budget, and ensuring accurate cost monitoring.
• Quality & Safety: Ensuring quality standards and procedures throughout the entire project through audits, field surveys and inspections, and safety through risk-mitigation measures.
• Reporting: Measuring and reporting project progress, and post-project evaluation.

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

• Demonstrable extensive experience as a project manager, preferably in the IT or telecom sector

• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (ex. PMBOK).

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders at different levels within the organization.

• Knowledge of IT. Telecommunications (private and public networks, radio frequencies etc.) is a plus.

• Problem-solving ability and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Certifications in safety, such as VCA VOL, as well as in project management (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA), are a plus.

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, with a proficiency in French, and Dutch and/or English.
