Key Responsibilities of our Radio Hazard File Expert

• Stay updated on current standards and guidelines related to radio hazards
• Investigate potential radio hazards associated with various operations and environments
• Create, maintain, and update Radio Hazard Files as per the latest industry standards
• Document findings, risks, and recommendations for mitigation in clear, concise reports
• Ensure all operations comply with local, national, and international radio hazard regulations and standards
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and attend relevant meetings or workshops
• Conduct regular risk assessments and propose suitable mitigation strategies
• Evaluate and test mitigation measures to ensure their efficacy
• Address and resolve any discrepancies, issues, or concerns related to Radio Hazard Files promptly and effectively
• Act as a primary point of contact for radio hazard queries, both internal and external
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of RHF-related projects
• Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are maintained

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

• Fluent in either Dutch and English of French and English. Trilingual is a plus
• Experience with one or more of the following: LNE, BIM / IBGE and/or iSSeP
• Proven experience in radio hazards and project management
• Eye for detail
• Team player
