As Site Sharing Officer/RISS Expert, you are accountable for managing all financial, legal, fiscal, administrative, operational, commercial,... facets associated with the sharing of mobile sites among the mobile operators

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate an ability to comprehend and interpret site sharing agreements with other mobile operators
• Conduct regular follow-ups on shared sites and their status in collaboration with other operators
• Oversee the tracking of purchase orders, execution processes, and invoices in conjunction with other operators
• Create financial forecasts utilizing available budgets and strategic planning data
• Take responsibility for addressing issues and managing escalations when dealing with other operators
• Efficiently coordinate and monitor the progress of action points related to site sharing
• Collaborate on financial reporting and budgeting tasks, contributing to the overall financial management process
  

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

• Prior experience in telecommunication and collaborating with telecom operators is a must

• Experience with RISS is a nice additional plus

• Native language is Dutch or French but also fluent in English

• Computer skills are proficient and Microsoft Office has almost no secrets

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal applications and tools

• Exhibit the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Have a keen eye for details, ensuring precision in work

• Maintain an open-minded approach to new ideas and perspectives

• Demonstrate patience when dealing with complex issues or tasks.

• Follow procedural guidelines and protocols effectively
