To support us on this journey, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Officer. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing technical support, improving sales processes, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple sales channels. Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide timely assistance to resolve technical issues that arise in the various sales channels, including tools and processes.
- Sales Channel Coordination: Work closely with internal sales teams (resellers, field sales, shops, inside sales) to ensure smooth operations across all channels.
- Training & Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding and training of new channel partners and internal teams, ensuring they understand sales tools, processes, and product offerings.
- Customer Service Alignment: Coordinate with customer service to ensure that inquiries or issues related to sales activities are promptly addressed, and communicate resolutions to all stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the sales process whilst working with IT, helping to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and ongoing projects to help improve internal processes and share insights with the team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, IT, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales support, technical support, or a customer service role is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of internal IT tools and systems (e.g., CRM platforms).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Preferably fluent in French, Dutch and English.
