Key Responsibilities:

As a Stability Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will work closely with our engineering and quality assurance teams to conduct rigorous stability tests and analyses, identify potential weaknesses or areas of improvement and make recommendations to enhance product stability. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality and dependable products to our customers. 


  • Plan and execute stability tests and experiments to assess the performance and reliability of products
  • Analyze test data and results to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance product stability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and quality assurance, to implement stability improvements
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of stability testing procedures, results, and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices related to stability engineering
  • Participate in product design reviews and provide insights on stability-related issues

Job requirements

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch and/ or French is a must
  • Knowledge of EURONORM
  • Proven experience in stability engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in using stability analysis tools and software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to stability testing
