Your Key Responsibilities as a Sales Trainer within Digi Belgium:
- Get new sales advisors up to speed smoothly by leading their onboarding with engaging sessions, ensuring they're ready to hit the ground running
- Work closely with our sales trainer to keep our team sharp and constantly improving
- Offer real-world coaching and support to help team members excel in sales
- Build a positive team vibe where everyone feels supported and motivated to succeed
- Create effective training plans and materials tailored to our Sales environment
- Team up with key people to figure out what training our team needs to meet our goals
- Use feedback and assessments to pinpoint areas where our team can improve, then provide targeted training to help them grow
- Keep up with the latest trends and tools in our industry to make our training even better
- Encourage a culture of learning and growth, offering personalized coaching and opportunities for everyone to develop their skills and shine
Job requirements
Must Haves Qualities & Talents:
- High scool or equivalent in years of experience.
- Proven experience in training and development roles in a sales environment, telecom is a plus.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques with a focus on active practice.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner
- Motivate, and empower teams to achieve common goals
