Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations, developing and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Responsible of managing the daily operations of a warehouse to ensure the efficient flow of goods and materials, meet the company requests, and optimize productivity
• Tracking and managing the inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and completeness of inventory records, conducting regular stock counts, and organizing the layout of the warehouse to maximize storage space
• Receiving and inspecting incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality, and ensuring proper storage and organization of goods to minimize damage and maximize efficiency
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to warehouse activities such as inventory levels, material receipts, and shipments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Overseeing the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliveries, and coordinating with internal stakeholders

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

• Proven experience in a similar position, or young graduate with a bachelor's degree in supply chain management
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Stress resistance
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills, and proficiency in both Dutch and English
• Previous experience in operating management / accounting programs
