Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient planning and leave management
• Analyzing KPIs and proposing action plans for improvement
• Ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and safety regulations, along with maintaining order and cleanliness
• Collaborating with logistics experts to discuss and implement potential improvement proposals
• Monitoring picking processes, deliveries, and handling any deviations
• Taking responsibility for material maintenance
• Conducting inspections of incoming and outgoing goods
• Leading by example as a hands-on team leader
• Facilitating clear communication within the team

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

• 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to analyze data and implement improvement strategies
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and safety protocols
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with ERP- and scanning systems is a plus
